I felt disappointed that the sales supervisor didn’t honor the additional trade-in discounts that were originally offered during my initial conversation with the representative. There was a lack of transparency that seemed intended to mislead me and influence my decision to make the purchase. I also can’t shake the feeling that I was taken advantage of through confusing and unclear information.
This is our 8th BMW lease—the 4th from this dealership. We were very pleased with Rudi’s attention to what we were looking for in teams of the vehicle and fitting our budget. He spent all the time we needed to get the right X3. We will work with Rudi when it’s time for our next lease. I’ve worked with Christopher Pitts in the service department since 2013 and he always takes great care of us. Both Rudi and Christopher make us feel like valued customers.
Rudi, Russell, Jennifer and staff were incredible to work with. I work in the auto industry myself and they are the pinnacle of what every sales staff should be, honest, fair, and extremely helpful.
Despite a previous unpleasant experience with the service department regarding a different vehicle, we hoped we’d have better luck with a purchase. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Initially the sales associate was very communicative and accommodating; however, after our purchase he offered no follow-up whatsoever. Very disappointed in the dealership. I’ve never had such a problem or disrespect displayed from a so called professional dealership. I would not recommend trying to purchase a vehicle from them if you’re from out of state and being in a military town I was surprised it would be so difficult to purchase.
They were pleasant but definitely greedy when it came to the new car negotiations. I was not told the truth about what line items I had to pay for. Would not buy here again.
Worst car buying experience and don't get me started on the service department. Don't recommend at all!
Save yourself the frustrations and go elsewhere. My car was there for 30 days and BMW of Ft Walton Beach still hadn't fixed it. They originally told me I needed a battery, a week later it was another part, then a week later it was another part. It seems they just try a part to see if it works and if not, they keep adding parts until they find the right one and charge you for parts that did not solve the issue. Blanca was great to deal with. She is an amazing salesperson. She was so helpful and patient with our purchase. When we buy again I hope we get to deal with Blanca or at the very least someone just like her.
One of the female managers is super rude and aggressive. I’ve spoken to many dealership managers and she has been the worse by far.
Blanca is an amazing sales person. I couldn’t be happier with my experience buying my X5. She had 2 different transactions going and I never felt like I was not her priority. She was the only sales person there and did a prefect job. She found me exactly what I was looking for and made the deal happen.
I wish I could give zero stars service from this dealer. for almost 20 years we've leased both BMW's while residing in Atlanta, New Orleans and 30A simultaneously. It wasn't until we began the process of slowly relocating to our beach house that our service needs began to lean more heavily with the Ft Walton dealer. even though the facility and service were not as outstanding as the two larger cities we lived in, we both understood and accepted a little less.

Used a coupon which was accepted at time of service and then was told I could not use it and they could not let it go for that cheap, doesn't seem like my problem. They got it down a bit but made it my issue. I would say this is the worst BMW service dept I have ever dealt with in the country.
Called to speak with someone in the service department and was put on hold forever. Not the first time that has happened. Additionally, I get my BMW serviced here and my tires have not been rotated in 3 years. I have maintenance free for 3 years. Never once was this offered or suggested. The customer service is so bad, I do not want to buy another BMW. This is my fourth BMW.
Purchased a used BWM 128I convertible with 29,000 miles on March 25 2023. I live 5 hours away on my way home the check engine light came on. Called and left messages for the GM with no return calls. Took the car in to Ocala BMW and $5,500 later they fixed the issue. This was a known issue with this car and engine. Buyer beware

The service at this dealership is a joke! I’ve tried very hard to give Fort Walton Mercedes a chance and step up in customer service but again a huge disappointment. Every other Mercedes dealership has been great to deal with. I expect this level of service from a lower tier manufacturer but certainly not from Mercedes’. Fort Walton Mercedes if you cannot deliver and execute of something simple as customer service then sell a different branch NOT Mercedes.
Beware! Misogynistic GM lacking integrity. Scheduled 6PM appointment...drove 351 miles - ONE WAY - only to have car sold. GM falsely blamed female associate...poor management!
We had to trade cars while on vacation. This dealer Wass the best we have ever worked in in 50 years of buying cars. Great Staff in all departments we worked with.
Salesman Lance, Finance person Keith and Manager Barry were straightforward, extremely helpful, and worked together to get things done. We purchased a 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium with low miles that was recently traded-in. It was priced way better than my son and I researched with other dealerships, locally and out-of-state. Keith found us a better bank that beat my credit union interest rate and was able to include my son's info. so he could start building credit history/scores that my credit union couldn't do. Overall, an awesome buying experience!
I have a 2016 BMW435I. Both horns stopped working so I took it to BMW Fort Walton for service. I was told that everything is covered under the CPO warranty but horns. To replace both horns was $450.00. I contacted BMW USA and they refused to address the issue. Be cautious with this dealer. I was also told my tires that I purchased late 2019 needed to be replaced. I had them checked and they are in the Green zone of safety. Again be cautious with this dealer.
Not a good service department I went in for a recall for my doors and left with other issues on my rear doors windows shades broken and door flannels hanging
The service on my BMW was excellent for the first time since we have purchased our car from.BMW of Fort Walton. The service advisor was very professional, courteous and knowledgable! The service tech sounds like I woke him up. Does not sound interested in working at all today. The computer show appointments are available. He says they have 25 cars waiting for service today and there are no loaner cars if I drop off.

I have had many BMW's over the years in several different areas, this is by far the worst dealership I have ever been too especially for service....it's not even close. You cant reach anyone, forced to leave message then wait for hours for a call back! This was for a standard fluid change and annual maintenance mind you. Terrible dropped car off at appointment time of 7:30. Was not waiting for the car because I have seen people wait hours.
Told service I will pick up late afternoon.
Arrived 3:30 pm ( late afternoon) and told they are just starting about an hour I'm told!
They give priority to people who are waiting for their cars!
I'm the waiting room are zero people!
When the car is done it will have been here over 9 hours!
I'm told it takes at least 25 minutes for the computer to read the car. Really ?

I made an appointment online for two recalls. I got there and was told that the parts would need to be ordered. I was then told that appointments should be made over the phone and not online. I was told that I would be called when the parts are in. Why wasn't I told about the parts when the recalls were specifically mentioned in the online appointment? This occured on July 30, 2017.
After 4 years of dealing with terrible service department (rude,constant delays while repairs were ongoing) we decided to move forward with purchasing the BMW to be serviced elsewhere. Unfortunately now we had to deal with the finance department which decided not to give us the $2500. BMW purchase credit and also charge us $1200. in additional fee's (not including sales tax) we walked out of the dealership. Beware when dealing with this company!
Scott Kennedy, Mary Alice, Jessica, and Rio are great assets to this dealership. Their knowledge and professionalism are exceptional. I will recommend them to my friends and am confident I will purchase more vehicles from them in the future.
The entire staff at the dealership was absolutely great. Each employee that my and my family cane across were all polite and courteous. I never pushed or pressured during my visit and my salesman Cole found the exact vehicle I was looking for.

I owned a 2000 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor and love it but always cringed every time it needed service. Quality Imports is the closest dealer or stealer as nicknamed.
Several times my car would take 2 or 3 days for standard service with oil change. My question was what did you break? Never got an answer.
Onetime they attempted to charge me for 8 brake pad and 8 rotors. Do they think people really that dumb?

Quality Import sales department from Store manager to Finance manager provided a stress free purchase. Geoff Ross my sales Consultant was knowledgeable and streamlined the purchase process. The best experince I have had buying and automoblie.
I would not recommend any Mercedes Benz owner to get their car service at Quality Import. We took our Benz in on Monday to have a spare replaced and it took a week to get the car back. We didn't wven have a loaner. Poor customer service, service to pricey and poor service side.
Gary got to know me and directed me to the perfect car for me. John, Ryan, and Dr. Hollingsworth formulated a great deal for my needs. I will be a customer for life and I have already recommended them to others.

The GM lured me into the dealership by calling me and telling me to come in and get into a new MB with a lower monthly payment. It was the old bait and switch. In 2009 I purchased a new 2010 GLK 350 from Quality Imports. We were very happy with our experience while shopping for a Mercedes SUV. All of the staff was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend our salesman Mark. We did extensive research ourselves prior to purchase and believe our trade-in allowance was more than generous as well as the vehicle purchase price. Two thumbs up.
I did not purchase my car from this dealership but recently relocated to FL and the car was due for scheduled maintenance. The car was taken on time and finished when it was promised. The car was returned to me as clean inside and out as the day it was new. A loaner was provided at no charge. Bill explained what work was perfomed and the condition of the car.
Mark was the perfect sales man he was very knowledgeable but knew when to back off and not push. It was a great experience and I would send people directly to him.
This is a class dealership including sales and service. Highly recommend. The sales experience was a no hassle straight forward experience. The service is above and beyond expectations.

Excellent saleman! Nathan has the energy every organization needs, whether it's sales, customer service or even in the medical field. He is into people and worked well with me even when I was a little "difficult." Buying a car takes time but Nathan was very attentive throughout the entire process. George is a very good saleman and personifies customer service. There should never be a last minute service plan added at the delivery of the car it could and might have been a deal breaker.
