Advertised price includes all dealer-imposed mandatory charges for the vehicle as advertised, including Dealer’s $997 pre-delivery service charge, Dealer’s $449 private tag agency charge, and any required dealer documentation, processing, preparation, dealer-installed equipment, dealer-installed accessories, destination/dealer-preparation charges, additional dealer markup, or similar dealer charges required to purchase the vehicle at the advertised price. Dealer’s pre-delivery service charge represents costs and profit to Dealer for items such as inspecting, cleaning, and adjusting new and used vehicles and preparing documents related to the sale. Advertised price excludes only sales/use tax, title, license, registration, tag, inspection/emissions charges, and other official governmental charges required by law, which will be calculated and added at the time of sale. Limited or conditional incentives, including loyalty, conquest, military, college graduate, first responder, residency, or financing-specific incentives, are not included in the advertised price unless expressly identified in the specific offer, and may affect the final price if the customer does not qualify. Advertised price is not conditioned on dealer-arranged financing, trade-in, down payment, or purchase or lease of any optional product or service.
